We have had reports from residents that number of Hawkers have been knocking on address in the Hartford Area.

Selling items door to door saying they were recently released from prison and are from all over the country,

This is a reminder to residents to vigilant when answering the door to someone they do not know and if they do answer ask for some identification from the person or company they work for.
